$3.00 Buttons at the gate will get you admission to outside music, chuckwagon cooking, fast draw contest, vendors, museum tours, etc. $10.00 at the auditorium Saturday night will get you in to the Grand Finale Show featuring Diamond W Wranglers, Judy Coder & 3 Trails West "West Is Wild As Ever" western music event.

Event Locations

Cowboy Poetry Friday night will be in the High School Auditorium
Music Saturday will be on outside stage except for Grand Finale Saturday night which will be in the Auditorium
Bring your lawn chairs for the outside stage.

Chuckwagon Update

Due to the fact that not enough chuck wagons signed up for cook-off contest we will have a couple of chuck wagons serving samples instead of the full-fledged chuck wagon meal.

Location of Festival

Chisholm Trail Wild West Days will be held at Wellington High School 1700
East 16th Street Wellington, KS 67152. It is located on the East side of Wellington on the South side of Highway 160

Cowboy Poetry contest

Festival will also include a cowboy poetry contest
